Shipping Information
1. Shipping Methods
1.1. Your order may be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, or various freight forwarders.
1.2. In principle, we can ship to almost any country. If your desired country is not listed, please don’t hesitate to contact us to inquire about shipping costs to that country.
1.3. For goods delivered by a freight carrier, delivery is made "curbside." This means that the carrier will drop off the goods at the specified address at the edge of the road. This may be on the sidewalk in front of the front door, but in some cases it may also be at the entrance to the property or in the yard. Generally speaking, this refers to the nearest section of the road in front of the address.
1.4 If youshipping delivery to your doorstep or inside your home, please let us know by filling out the contact form. Additional costs will likely apply.
1.5. Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to additional taxes (such as in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, which you may be required to pay. If you are unsure about this, please contact us in advance.
1.6. In the case of in-person pickup, the seller will first notify the buyer by email that the ordered goods are ready for pickup. Upon receiving this email, the buyer may pick up the goods after coordinating with the seller.

6 Following Brexit, we have recently resumed shipping to private individuals in the UK via select shipping carriers. However, the costs, including customs clearance, are very high.

1 ENEU= Europe – Non-EU countries excluding the UK (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Serbia, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Vatican City).
2 World= all other countries not included in DE, EU, UK, or ENEU.
3 Orders are packed together as much as possible and shipped via parcel service or freight carrier.
4 Two -personhandling is never free of charge.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns within the EU are free of charge. Customers can request a return label by emailing support@sternzeit-design.de. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is securely packed, just as it was upon receipt, and, if possible, shipped in the original box. Alternatively, the customer must use other suitable packaging. Once the return is received, the merchandise will be inspected as soon as possible and the return processed.
3.2 Returns from outside the EU are subject to a fee. Only the actual costs incurred for return shipping in each individual case will be charged.
