Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to cancel before the deadline expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction—unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return—whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation (and you have received a return label from us!). The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the deadline expires.
We cover the cost of returning goods within the EU.
For all (!) returns, we will only cover the return shipping costs if you use our return label. If you use your own label, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the costs.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
