Our understanding of sustainability
We throw almost nothing away unless we can't avoid it. Since 2015, for example, we have only had to completely dispose of one sofa with irreparable water damage.
Slight defects to none at all
Some of the furniture you will find here has slight visual defects, some is refurbished and some is even completely flawless, for example if it is discontinued goods or furniture from photo shoots. You won't find any holes or tears in the fabric and of course all the furniture is perfectly usable.

Unfortunately, we cannot (yet) list the exact damage for each piece of furniture individually. However, you will find examples of damage below.
Shipping costs & returns
Returns for B-ware are free of charge, as with our other furniture. However, to be fair, we do have to charge for freight forwarding: 39€ within Germany, 169€ to other countries we deliver to.
Often scratches or pressure marks can even be brushed out easily so that they are hardly visible. We are also happy to advise you on the choice of brush.
To improve the spots, we can also help you with a touch-up pen. Often the defects are then no longer or almost no longer visible.
Most of the time these damages are not even visible and/or can be made even less visible with a wood correction pen. We are also happy to advise you on the selection of a wood correction pen.
